- Phone Number (if applicable)
- Donation Amount

- Security
Peerless Polyclinic does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or internet banking credentials. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay using industry-standard security measures.
- Donation Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation on the website and/or by email. Please retain the confirmation for your records.
- Refund Policy
Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. Refund requests due to duplicate transactions or technical errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Use of Donations
All donations received will be utilized solely for the charitable, healthcare, medical assistance, rural outreach, and community welfare activities of Peerless Polyclinic in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from donations made through this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Peerless Polyclinic is registered.
